Over the course of seven weeks this summer, the 16th annual Vans Warped Tour will visit 43 concert markets across the United States and Canada. This year's event, dubbed Warped Tour Twenty Ten, launches June 24 at Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, CA, and concludes August 15 at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hillsboro, OR. Other highlights on the Warped Tour calendar include June 29 at Cricket Wireless Pavilion in Phoenix, AZ; July 3 at Superpages.com Center in Dallas, TX; July 13 at Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA; July 29 at Marcus Amphitheater in Milwaukee, WI; and August 8 at Invesco Field in Denver, CO. Three Canadian markets are on the itinerary for summer 2010 with festival stops slated for July 9 at The Flats at Arrow Hall in Toronto, ON; July 10 at Parc Jean-Dreapeu in Montreal, QC; and August 5 at Race City Speedway in Calgary, AB. Nearly 100 bands have enlisted for the touring festival's 2010 season so far, with more acts being added to the lineup on an almost weekly basis. Not all bands will appear on every date of the tour, but most markets will have about 40 or 50 acts spread over nearly 10 stages. This year's main stage will include performances by the All-American Rejects, Andrew WK, Bring Me the Horizon, Motion City Soundtrack, Reel Big Fish, Sum 41 and We the Kings. Some of the other more recently announced bands are Deas Vail, Four Year Strong, Mike Posner and The Bounding Souls. A complete rundown of the 2010 lineup is available on the official festival Web site. The site will also reveal details on ticket prices and public onsales sometime in February. In the meantime, ticket presales are scheduled to begin March 26.
